Atty. Baltazar was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and is also a Registered Nurse. Currently, he serves as an IBP Director of the Nueva Ecija Chapter, where he actively contributes to the legal community and advocates for the interests of his fellow lawyers.

   As a young lawyer, Atty. Baltazar has developed a keen interest in Domestic Relations Disputes, where he provides compassionate legal support to clients navigating complex family issues. Known as the firm’s “cyber guy,” he is the go-to expert for all matters related to online laws, including cybersecurity, data protection, and internet governance.
